NIE Inc started in 1985 with one single family rental. Since then its portfolio has grown into 40+ Units and 10+ Commercial properties across the US. We are a full service real estate investment company run by our family. We pride ourselves on creating the best environments for our tenants.

Our mission is to add value with active portfolio management. We do this by sticking to our long term strategy. We invest for the future not for today.
